Viewing reports on the eyparent app
As a parent, you can view reports on how your child is doing according to the development frameworks at your nursery, through the eyparent app. Once a report has been published to you, you can add comments and send it back to confirm that you’ve seen it.
- Tap the
icon to go to the timeline.
- You can quickly filter the timeline to display only reports by tapping on the
Reports button at the top (you may need to scroll). Tapping on it again will remove the filter.
- Reports will appear on the timeline under the day of the week and date that they were created. Until you sign them off, reports will be marked as Pending Parent Review.
- Type any comments you might have into the Parent Comments field at the bottom of the report.
- Check the boxes under the Parent/Carer Consent section.
- Use your device's touchscreen to sign your name in the box under Parent/Carer Signature.
- Tap Submit to Complete.
- The report will be marked as Completed.
Through Pending Actions
Whenever there is a report that you need to review and sign, a Pending Actions section will appear on the 
Home screen. By tapping View All, you'll be taken to the 
Timeline, which will be filtered to display a list of all forms that are pending review, so you don't have to worry about missing one. Once you've completed all your pending actions, you'll have to change the filters to return to the normal timeline view.
