Viewing resources/documents as a parent

Parents receive a notification every time a resource or document has been added to the system. Practitioners may choose to add these resources to planning sheets, but parents can also access them on their own.

Viewing resources/documents on the eyparent app
  1. In the top right, click on   >  Resources/Documents.
  2. Tap the name of a resource to view it.
  3. If the resource is a link, a web page will open in a browser window.
  4. If the resource is a document, it will download to your device.
Viewing resources/documents on the web portal
  1. Click on  Resources > Documents in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of a resource to view it.
  3. If the resource is a link, a web page will open in a new tab. 
  4. If the resource is a document, it will open as a preview in a pop-window. Clicking on Download in the top right will let you download it to your device.
