Waitlisting a child

You can mark a child as waitlisted through the enquiry profile, or through the pipeline.

Waitlisting a child through the pipeline
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Drag and drop the child’s enquiry profile to the Waitlist stage.
  3. In the pop-up window, edit the child’s name if necessary, and choose the Waitlisted Room.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Assuming no changes have been made to the default workflow automation settings, a window will pop up showing an email template to the parent informing them about the waitlist. You will have the option to edit the email, or choose a different template under Select Template.
  6. Click Submit, or Cancel if you don’t want to send an email. Cancelling the email will still waitlist the child.
Waitlisting a child through the enquiry profile
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Click on the  icon in the top right.
  4. In the pop-up window, edit the child’s name if necessary, and choose the Waitlisted Room.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Assuming no changes have been made to the default workflow automation settings, a window will pop up showing an email template to the parent informing them about the waitlist. You will have the option to edit the email, or choose a different template under Select Template.
  7. Click Submit, or Cancel if you don’t want to send an email. Cancelling the email will still waitlist the child.

The Waitlisted Room refers to the room the child will be added to if/when they are enrolled.
