Writing daily diaries for multiple children
On the Daily Diary screen on the practitioner app, you’re able to see and edit daily diaries for all children on a given day.
- Log in as a practitioner to see the list of children you have access to.
- Tap the Daily Diary icon at the top.
- You’ll be taken to a screen with daily diaries for all children.
- Fill out the daily diaries.
- Tap the box next to children to select them.
- Tap Share with parents so that the parents of all selected children are able to see the diaries, or tap Save as Draft to share later.
- Click Publish when the daily diaries are complete for the day.
For group daily diaries, only practitioners with Can Publish Observations ticked on their profile can Share with parents and Publish. Those without permissions can only Save as Draft.
