Adding tags to an enquiry
Tags are a good way of keeping track of children with specific requirements or circumstances. Tags can be filtered, and also fit into various aspects of system functionality.
When a tag is added to an enquiry, if the tag is also relevant to children it carries over to the child’s profile when they’re enrolled.
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
- Tags are shown under a child’s name. Click to add a tag.
- Choose a tag from the list (find out more about creating tags) and click the icon to add it.
