Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
Click on the Funding tab on the left.
Click on the icon in the top right to add new Funding Details.
Choose which Year this is for.
Choose a Term within that year. Doing this will automatically fill in the Start and Finish Dates.
Check the boxes next to Stretched Funding or Pupil Premium if they apply to this child.
If applicable to this child, select their Band for Deprivation Weighting.
Check the box next to Parent Declaration Form if you have received a form from the parent requesting funding.
Depending on how you measure funding hours, check the box next to either No. of Hours/Week or No. of Hours/Term.
Fill in the Universal Entitlement and Extended Entitlement, this will calculate the Total Entitlement for this child. Note that these cannot exceed the Maximum Funded Hours assigned in funding settings.
