  1. Sensitive staff information - you are now able to choose who can see sensitive staff information on the system, this includes medical details, payroll/bank details, documents & events. 

    Firstly, 4 fields have been moved from the general staff profile page and are now listed on the staff payroll/bank details tab. These include NI Number, Hourly Cost Uplift, Hourly Rate Basic and if they're salaried or not. 

    In Global Settings > HR > Staff > there is a new tab called 'Sensitive Information'. You have the ability to choose if the medical details tab and payroll/bank details tab should be classed as sensitive or not. Each document and event type can be marked as sensitive from Global or System settings > Documents/Events.

    You then choose who should have access to this information, by selecting a user role as a whole or individual users. There is a new option here called 'Line Managers', this means that if this is selected all users would only see the sensitive information of staff where they have been added as a line manager against. This is reflected across the whole system including standard and custom reports.

This can be found on eyrecruit on the top menu and you are able to see data based on all/multiple nurseries, job tags, job categories or job titles depending on your access and can customise the date period.
