Booking shifts on eyemployee

You can book your own shifts through the eyemployee app if the nursery/organisation has this option turned on. 

Viewing your shifts

  1. Sign in to the eyemployee app. 
  2. You'll see your shifts for the current week under the Shifts section on the  Home screen.
  3. To see a more details about your shifts, tap the  Entitlements icon in the bottom bar.
  4. Tap on the Shifts tab.
  5. On the Shifts screen, you’ll see your contracted hours per week and contracted days per week. You’ll find your shifts for the week below. Expand the boxes by tapping the  icons.
  6. You can switch between weeks by tapping the arrows next to the displayed date. 

Booking shifts

  1. Sign in to the eyemployee app. 
  2. Tap Add a shift under the Shifts section of the  Home screen. Alternatively, you can also tap the  icon in the bottom right, then tap  Book a Shift. 
  3. Fill out the form that appears with details of the Room, Activity, Date, and Times for the shift you’d like to book.
  4. Tap Book Shift.
