What if I change contract hours/days after employees have already booked their holidays?
When making changes to an employee's contract and entitlement, any holidays that have already been scheduled will remain the same. You may be required to go through an employee's holidays to ensure the hours reflect the changes to the contract. For instance, if there has been a change to the number of contracted hours per day, then that will alter the number of entitlement hours required for a full day's holiday.
