Customising employee profile form emails

When you send an Employee Profile Form to a staff member, they will receive an email with a link to the form. The contents of this email can be customised in settings. 
  1. In the top right click on  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Email Templates & Letters.
  3. Go to Employee > Employee Profiles.
  4. Click on the  icon on the right to edit the Employee Profile Form email template.
  5. Make your changes to the email. Typing [[ will give you a list of available placeholders. Placeholders enclosed in square brackets will be substituted with information from the system when the email is received. You can find out what each placeholder does here.
  6. In Reply To, select which email address should receive replies from this recipient.
  7. Click Save when you’re done. 
Warning
When editing the email, do not delete [[LinkEmployeeProfileForm]], as this is the link for staff members to access the profile form.
Alert
To customise the employee profile form email for all nurseries, go to  > Global Settings, then continue from Step 2.
