Downloading records from the eyparent web portal

As a parent, you may sometimes want to keep a record of something that has been posted to your child's timeline, whether it's an observation, accident/incident sheet, medicine form, report, or daily diary. While eymemories allows you to order mementoes of your child's time at nursery, including comprehensive records of information on the app, we also offer free downloads of some things through the web version of eyparent.

Downloading an observation, accident sheet, medicine form, or daily diary

  1. Log on to the eyparent web portal. You can find a link to the sign-in page on www.eyworks.co.uk, in the top right of the screen.
  2. Go to the  Timeline.
  3. Use the buttons along the top to filter which kind of records you'd like to see.
  4. Click on a record to open it.
  5. Click on the  icon in the top right.
  6. Either Save as PDF or send the document to your printer.
  7. Click Save/Print.

Downloading the learning journey

The learning journey is a record of your child's observations while at the nursery. So if you want a copy of all your child's observations, you won't need to downloaded them one at a time. 
  1. Log on to the eyparent web portal. You can find a link to the sign-in page on www.eyworks.co.uk, in the top right of the screen.
  2. Go to the  Timeline.
  3. Click on the  Observations button along the top to filter only observations.
  4. Click on the  icon at the top of the timeline screen.
  5. You'll be taken to a page with a preview of what observations the learning journey will include.
  6. If you only want to see observations from a certain date range, click on the  icon at the top to edit the From and To dates.
  7. Once you're ready, click on the  icon at the top.
  8. Either Save as PDF or send the document to your printer.
  9. Click Save/Print.

Downloading media from observations

A practitioner may choose to attach media (photos, videos, or sound files) to a child's obsevation. If your nursery has the option enabled, you're able to download this media to your own device. 
  1. While viewing an observation, tap on the media you want to download.
  2. Tap the  icon in the top right.
