Parents make an enquiry by submitting a form, which creates an enquiry profile on the pipeline. Before you allow parents to submit the form, we recommend looking through the customisation option so it fits your setting’s needs.

On the left-hand side, click on the eyenquiries tab.
Click Enquiry Form Setup.
There are two columns where you can make changes. The Public column affects fields on the enquiry form parents fill out. The System column affects fields on the enquiry form you can use to add an enquiry to the system manually.
Check which fields you want to be Mandatory, Optional, or Hidden.
