Filling out the two year report

Filling out the two year report

The two year report is a report that is automatically generated for a child once they reach the right age. You can alter which age this is in settings – generally, between 24 to 36 months. The two year report is very similar to the standard summative report, with a few minor differences: some of the field names are slightly different and you can’t hide sections.
  1. Log in as a practitioner to see the list of children you have access to.
  2. Click on a child’s picture to select them.
  3. Click the Reports icon at the top.
  4. Click on a 2 Year Progress Check Report to fill it out.
  5. Click Edit to add text to a field. Certain fields can only be edited by parents.
  6. Click on Save to save it as a draft, or Submit for Review for a manager to view and publish to parents.
Practitioners with Can Publish Observations ticked on their profile will be able to Publish observations directly to the child's Learning Journey.
