Marking an enquiry as lost
Through the pipeline
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Drag and drop an enquiry onto the Mark Enquiry as Lost box in the bottom left of the screen.
- In the pop-up window, choose a reason why the enquiry was lost from the Lost Reason field, and type a description of this instance. Lost Reasons can be added and customised in system settings (find out more).
- Click Save.
You can see lost enquiries in the pipeline view by going to Filters and selecting Status > Lost.
Through the enquiry profile
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
- Click on the icon in the top right.
- In the pop-up window, choose a reason why the enquiry was lost from the Lost Reason field, and type a description of this instance. Lost Reasons can be added and customised in system settings (find out more).
- Click Save.
Undo marking an enquiry as lost
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Click on Filters in the top left.
- Click on the Status field and select Lost.
- Click Apply.
- Click on a child's name to bring up their enquiry profile.
- Click on the icon in the top right to undo marking the enquiry as lost.
