Marking an enquiry as lost

Through the pipeline
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Drag and drop an enquiry onto the Mark Enquiry as Lost box in the bottom left of the screen.
  3. In the pop-up window, choose a reason why the enquiry was lost from the Lost Reason field, and type a description of this instance. Lost Reasons can be added and customised in system settings (find out more).
  4. Click Save
You can see lost enquiries in the pipeline view by going to Filters and selecting Status > Lost.
Through the enquiry profile
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Click on the  icon in the top right.
  4. In the pop-up window, choose a reason why the enquiry was lost from the Lost Reason field, and type a description of this instance. Lost Reasons can be added and customised in system settings (find out more). 
  5. Click Save.
Undo marking an enquiry as lost
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on Filters in the top left.
  3. Click on the Status field and select Lost.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click on a child's name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  6. Click on the  icon in the top right to undo marking the enquiry as lost.
