Sending an email to an enquiry
eyenquiries lets you set up automatic emails through workflow automation (
find out more), but when the need arises, you can also send emails manually from an enquiry's profile.
- Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
- Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
- Click on the
at the top of the profile. - In the pop-up window, you have the option to select an Email Template from the Template field, or type a new email into the text box.
- Click Send.
Scheduling an Email
You're able to schedule an email to send automatically at a certain date through the Upcoming Activities section of the enquiry profile.
