Turning on replies for parents

Turning on replies for parents

By default, parents are not able to use the eyparent app to respond to messages sent by the nursery. However, you have the option to turn on replies for parents in Branch/Nursery Settings, which will add a Reply button to any new messages sent to parents.
  1. Go to  > System Settings.
  2. Click on Branch/Nursery Settings.
  3. Under Messages section, check Allow Replies to Messages (Parents).
  4. Click Update.
AlertParents will only be able to reply to messages sent after Allow Replies to Messages (Parents) has been turned on, meaning that the reply option will still be unavailable for old messages.
