Using bulk actions on your pipeline
Moving multiple candidates between stages
- On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
- Do the same for all candidates you want to select.
- A menu will appear in the top left. Click on Move Stage.
- Select which stage you want the candidates moved to.
You can select all the candidates in a stage by hovering your cursor over the stage name and clicking on the checkbox that appears.
Disqualifying/Starring/Emailing multiple candidates
- On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
- Do the same for all candidates you want to select.
- A menu will appear in the top left. Click on .
- From the drop-down menu, choose either Disqualify, Star, or Email. The option you choose will be applied to all selected candidates.

- On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
- A menu will appear in the top left.
- Click on > All.
- All candidates on the pipeline will be selected. The number of selections is shown next to the .
