Using bulk actions on your pipeline

Moving multiple candidates between stages
  1. On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
  2. Do the same for all candidates you want to select.
  3. A menu will appear in the top left. Click on Move Stage.
  4. Select which stage you want the candidates moved to.
You can select all the candidates in a stage by hovering your cursor over the stage name and clicking on the checkbox that appears.
Disqualifying/Starring/Emailing multiple candidates
  1. On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
  2. Do the same for all candidates you want to select.
  3. A menu will appear in the top left. Click on
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose either Disqualify, Star, or Email. The option you choose will be applied to all selected candidates.

  1. On your pipeline, hover over a candidate name to bring up a checkbox. Click it to select that candidate.
  2. A menu will appear in the top left. 
  3. Click on  > All
  4. All candidates on the pipeline will be selected. The number of selections is shown next to the .
