Using conversations on the eyparent app

Using conversations on the eyparent app

Conversations are direct messages between users on the system. You have the option to create a conversation with an individual user, or with multiple users in a group conversation.

While any nursery employee will be able to contact you with conversations, parents are only able to initiate conversations with employees who are in the Management Team set up by the nursery (these don't necessarily have to be the nursery managers)This is to ensure that you are in contact with employees who are able to respond to your messages.
  1. Tap on the  icon.
  2. You'll be taken to the Conversations screen by default. Tap  to create a new conversation.
  3. Tap  next to Management Team to see a list of users in the team.
  4. Check the box next to a user to select them. You may select more than one. If you want to select all the users in the team, check the box at the top next to Management Team.
  5. Tap on the  button to start the conversation.
  6. Type your message into the bar at the bottom.
  7. Tap on the  icon to attach a file.
  8. Tap  to send the message.
