Viewing invoices/payments on the eyparent app
A record of all invoices and payments can be found on the eyparent app.
- On the Home screen, there is a section called Account Summary, where you can see the current balance due to be paid, and the sum of any deposits that you've made.
- Tap View Details under the Account Summary to go to the Invoices/Payments screen.
- You'll see a list of all invoices sent to you, and all payments made.
- Tap on an invoice or payment to see more details. Invoices can be downloaded from the Invoice Details screen by tapping the
icon in the top right.
If the nursery has integrated the system with payment gateways, you are able to pay invoices from the parent app.
