Viewing invoices/payments as a parent

A record of all invoices and payments can be found on the parent portal/app.

Viewing invoices/payments on the eyparent app
  1. In the top right, click on   >   Invoices/Payments.
  2. You’ll see a summary of all your invoices and payments.
  3. Tap an invoice or payment to see more details.
  4. For invoices only, tap View Invoice to see the invoice itself.
  5. Click on the Download button in the top right to download this invoice as a PDF.
If the nursery has integrated the system with payment gateways, you are able to pay invoices from your parent portal/app.

Viewing invoices/payments on the web portal
  1. Click on  Invoices/payments in the sidebar.
  2. You’ll see a summary of all your invoices and payments.
  3. Click on an invoice to view it.
  4. Click on the Download button in the top right to download this invoice as a PDF.
