Adding documents for children
Any important documents related to a child can be uploaded to the Documents section of their profile. Upcoming expiry dates for documents are shown in the Notifications section of the Dashboard.
- Click on
Children in the sidebar. - Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
- Click on Documents in the sidebar.
- Click on the
icon in the top right to add a document. - Select a Document type from the drop-down menu.
- Fill out the form that appears. Depending on how the document type is set up, the field names will differ. But it’s likely to consist of something like an Issued Date, Expiry Date, Description and Notes.
- Upload your file into the grey box by dragging and dropping it, or clicking on the box and searching for your document.
- Click Save.
