Downloading data from eyenquiries

What follows is a list of the kinds of data you can download off eyenquiries, from where, and in which formats.

With eyenquiries, you can either download data directly from a section of the system, or generate the data you need from the Reports tab.

You can find a download button in the following pages:

By clicking on widget details on the Analytics page - CSV.
From individual invoices - PDF

On the Reports tab, we provide you with a list of pre-made reports that can give you insight into how your nursery is running, such as the Enquiries and Child Movements Summary. Have a look through the list and generate any reports you think will be useful. Once a report is generated, you can download it as a PDF or CSV file.

You can also create Custom reports for data that doesn’t appear on the standard list. When you create a new report, you can choose whether you want it to be for ChildrenStaff, or Enquiries, and then choose which data you’d like to generate for them. The Filter by Tags field lets you get more specific about which children/staff/enquiries you want reports for.
