Editing chain details

The Chain Details tab in Global Settings lets you fill out details about the company, and assign settings that apply to all nurseries on the system. If you’ve chosen to Override Nursery Chain Settings, these settings are assigned to each nursery individually instead. 

To edit Chain Details:
  1. Hover over your profile picture in the top right.
  2. Click on Global Settings
  3. You’ll be taken to the Chain Details tab, where you can make changes.
  4. Click Submit when you’re done.
Nursery Chain Name: The name of your nursery chain/company. This is a required field.

Address: The company’s address. The first Address Line and the PostCode are required fields.

Framework Group: Choose a country from the list. This helps to determine which standard frameworks you can choose from on the system. 

Telephone: The company’s contact phone number.

Website: The company’s website URL.

Email: The company’s email address.

Company Registration Number: The company’s registration number.

Quick Observation Tag: The observation tag name that you use when making a quick observation.

Hide assessments from parents in learning journey?: Check this option if you don’t want parents to be able to see their child’s assessments through the parent portal.

Include ELG: Check this option if you want to include ELG with the EYFS framework.
