  1. We have now introduced Conversations feature on web that allows web login users communicate directly with parents. This is visible on the system dashboard header with the icon . This enhancement ensures better collaboration between nurseries and parents by enabling seamless and structured conversations. Web users can start conversation with parents, and may decide to include other employees while starting a new conversation or after the conversation has begun. To create a conversation, you will find participants (parents names) grouped by child, and where multiple children from the same family are enrolled then the parents names are still listed per child while the conversation will be with the same parent(s) for the multiple children. All active conversations are displayed in chronological order, and the conversation icon on the platform header will also show unread message counts, helping users stay updated.

  1. NHS Number field has been added to the child profile under medical details and the registration form. The field follows the standard 3-3-4 format (e.g., 123 456 7890) and only accepts numeric values. This field is also available in custom reports, allowing you to add and display NHS Numbers in reports. 

  1. A new "Import CSV" feature has been added to eyenquiries, visible to only Company Admin user roles. This allows you to efficiently upload enquiry data in bulk using a CSV file, there is also a downloadable CSV template available once the import function has been accessed. The CSV template includes essential fields like parent/child details, enquiry source, and notes. You can review errors, edit mappings before importing, and choose to execute workflow automation. Invalid or missing enquiry stages field will default to "Enquiry IN."  The step-by-step upload process includes:
    1. Step 1: Upload CSV – Download a template and upload a file.
    2. Step 2: Match Column – Map CSV columns to system fields.
    3. Step 3: Review and Complete – Data preview, validation errors, and import confirmation.

  1. A new cc option in eyrecruit allows you to copy employees/users or email address when emailing candidates. The email compose screen now includes a cc field with a searchable dropdown to select users from the nursery or recruitment team, you can also manually add external email addresses. This ensures relevant stakeholders stay informed about candidate communications.

  1. A "Reschedule" option has been added to the Interview Scheduled dropdown, allowing you to modify interview details without affecting the candidate's pipeline stage. Selecting "Reschedule" opens a Reschedule Event pop-up (similar to Edit Event, but with date/time fields enabled). The original interview is marked as Rescheduled, while the updated one appears as Scheduled.
    1. Analytics and reports, including Candidate Tracker, Conversion Tracker, and Interviews Booked, now track rescheduled interviews with a new Interview Status field.
