eymanage
5th September 2023 
  1. NEW Help Centre available now. You can access this by selecting the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of eymanage. 
  2. Within Products and Services > '+' button > Automated Rates > Formula, we had added another option called 'Monthly'. Weekly rates are applicable to Actual and Equally Spread invoices, while Monthly rates are only applicable to Equally Spread, this will be charged once on the invoice and will not be calculated through the calculation factor. 
  3. You are now able to customise the minimum length of service the staff member should reach before an incremental increase is applied. This can be setup/updated in System Settings > HR. 
18th September 2023 
  1. Within Staff Scheduling > View by Day, instead of only seeing one day at a time you are now able to see all the days within the week selected per room.
  2. We have redesigned the HR settings in System Settings as well as adding them to Global Settings so you can set these up for all branches at once. 
22nd September 2023 
  1. NEW Staff profile form customisation settings available now. You can access these in either Global Settings or System Settings > HR. You are able to select if a field should be visible to staff and if so if the field should be mandatory, optional or read only. 
  2. Within System Settings > HR we have added a new section called Documents/Events. These settings are related to the staff login access whether you would like to allow staff to add or edit their own documents/events. 
  3. Minor enhancements to the Staff Scheduling screen which includes the ability to collapse or expand the staff names section, change the room when creating a new shift and editing a shift, when hovering over the red flag (Bookings in different room) we are now displaying the room the booking is in and the wage % now includes draft shifts to give visibility before confirming them.

  1. NEW Staff graph has been added to the Staff Scheduling, this allows you to have clear visibility of the staff required as per the children scheduled and children's IN/OUT times, staff booked and the staff IN/OUT times on the weekly and daily view.

  1. Added stage duration as an option within Custom Reports > Enquiries > Enquiry Details. This will show the date and time every enquiry moved to each stage of the pipeline with the idea to calculate how long the enquiry sat in each stage.

  1. Added preferred start date ascending and descending to the waitlist pipeline order options.

11th September 2023 - Android parent app release version 3.2.1 
  1. Redesigned the accident/incident sheets and medicine form.
  2. Added the ability to upload google photos to observations.
  3. Small text/title enhancements across the application 
25th September 2023 - Android practitioner app release version 3.4.0
  1. Improved design! In this update we have re-worked the look of Medicine forms, Accident sheets, & Child profiles to make them look more modern, easier to read and use. We’ve also made several smaller enhancements on other sections of the app! 
  2. Fixed a bug that could prevent accident sheets from saving successfully with the error message “Please select room”.
  3. Fixed a bug that could cause observations to not save successfully when the automatic log out is triggered on the same observation twice. 
29th September 2023 - Web-app update
  1. Removed old branding from parent activation emails.
  2. Added a new email notification for parents when observations are updated.
  3. Fixed a spelling mistake within the Schemas framework.
  4. Improved the clarity of template report PDF downloads when assessments are disabled.

  1. Updated the message for candidates with duplicate profiles.
  2. Users can now delete notes on the candidate profile.
  3. Updated the messages in the history tab on the candidate profile.
  4. Added a new placeholder [[LoggedInUser]] for messages and email templates.
  5. You can now see how long each candidate has been in a certain stage from the candidate profile.
  6. Added the notification slider to the Bulk Assign to Hiring Team pop up
  7. Made the Popout, Copy, and Edit Name icons next to the candidate's name always visible on the candidate profile.
