Your pipeline is your main way of tracking the progress of each of your enquiries. Let’s go through it from top to bottom.
In the top left is the Filter button, and the Legend. The Filter lets you control what you see on the pipeline. The Legend is a colour key for enquiry boxes on the pipeline. Different colours refer to how soon a child's proposed start date is.
In the top right, you can toggle between the Pipeline, Activities, and Invoices. Clicking on the Pipeline button lets you choose between different ways of viewing the information on your pipeline: Pipeline, List, and Map (Find out more). The + button to the far right lets you add an enquiry manually (Find out more).
Taking up most of the screen is the pipeline itself. Along the top are the stages of the pipeline, and below each stage are the enquiries. Clicking on the icon will bring up a drop-down menu that lets you alter in the order in which enquiries are displayed for a pipeline stage.
Each enquiry box displays the child’s name, the parent’s name and the date of the enquiry. If a registration form has been sent to the child's parent, but not returned, the enquiry box will display . Hovering over the icon will show more detailed information from the enquiry profile. The enquiry boxes are coloured according to the Legend, while the coloured bars on the left correspond with the colours of any rooms they’ve been assigned (an enquiry will have a black coloured bar if they haven’t been assigned a room).
When you receive an enquiry, it is automatically added to the Enquiry In stage of the pipeline. You can move an enquiry through the pipeline by dragging and dropping it to another stage. Dropping an enquiry into some stages will trigger an action. ...
