Receiving a registration form
When a parent sends in a registration form, they will receive a confirmation email through workflow automation, and you will receive an email with a link to their form. You can also see their registration form by clicking on
> View Registration Form in the enquiry profile after it's been submitted.
The information in the registration form will become the basis for the child profile when the child is enrolled.
