If you're thinking of leaving eyworks, please contact the support team before committing to a decision: we may be able to find a solution to your problem.
  1. If you're struggling with some aspect of the system, we provide training both online and in-person. Email training@eyworks.co.uk to request a call.
  2. If you've found a problem with one of our products, contact our support team through the in-system chat, email support@eyworks.co.uk, or call 0330 088 2008. We're constantly updating the system with new features and improvements in response to customer feedback. 
  3. If you are having trouble making payments, email accounts@eyworks.co.uk to discuss your options. 
Notice period
To cancel an eyworks subscription, both monthly and annual customers must provide at least 3 months’ written notice to our cancellation team at cancellations@eyworks.co.uk.

Whether you’re on a monthly or annual contract, you may only cancel your subscription once you’ve completed your initial 12 month licence period.

Our Terms of Service are subject to change, including our cancellation policies. Whenever they do change, we will ask you to read and accept them again the next time you log in to the system. This is what the notification looks like: 


What happens to nursery and child data?
Once your cancellation has been processed, all data will be permanently deleted from the system. Make sure to download anything you need before that time.

Paying off your account
If you're a monthly customer, remember that there is a 3-month notice period for cancelling your subscription. Please don't cancel your Direct Debit until those 3 months have been fully paid.

If you're an annual customer, please ensure that the final payment is processed before you reach the end of your contract. 

What if I'm selling the nursery?
If you're selling a nursery that uses eyworks products, you must provide us with a copy of the change of ownership document from OFSTED, or else give 3 month's notice of the sale to cancel your subscription. If the new owners plan to continue using eyworks, ensure you complete the following tasks before transferring the data over to them:
  1. Download any data you want to keep (see above).
  2. Delete any data you don't want the new owners to have access to.
  3. Remove any staff members from the system who shouldn't have access post-transfer.
  4. Only cancel your Direct Debit with us once final payments have been processed.
