  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Learning Journey.
  4. Click on the  button next to the observation you want to download.
  5. The observation will begin downloading to your browser as a PDF.

Downloading single draft observations

  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Draft Observations.
  4. Click on the Edit button next to the observation you want to download.
  5. Click on the  button in the top right.
  6. The observation will begin downloading to your browser as a PDF.

Downloading observations in bulk

If you want to  download multiple observations for a single child, instead of downloading each one manually, you can do it all at once. All the observations will be recorded on one PDF document.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Learning Journey.
  4. Click the  button in the top right, next to the Add Observation button.
  5. You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser.
  6. Extract the .zip file to retrieve the PDF.
Info
Which observations you download in bulk depends on the filters you have active on the Learning Journey tab.

Downloading media from observations

If media files are included in observations, you have the option to download them separately.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a child to bring up their profile.
  3. Click on Learning Journey.
  4. Click on the Download Media button in the top right.
  5. In the pop-up window, choose the from and to dates for the observations. Only media uploaded to observations between these dates will be downloaded.
  6. You will receive an email with a link. Clicking on that link will download a .zip file to your browser.
  7. Extract the .zip file to retrieve the media files.
Info
Unlike when downloading observations in bulk, which media you download is not affected by which filters are active on the Learning Journey tab.
