Editing staff schedule through the profile
- Go to the Staff page.
- Click on the name of the staff member to be taken to their profile.
- Click on the Staff Scheduling tab on the left.
- Double-click on a session to edit it, as long as it hasn’t been confirmed.
- Make any changes, then click Update.
- In the pop-up, you can choose which sessions in the series this applies to. Click on an option to apply the changes:
- Only this session: The changes will only be applied to the session you clicked on.
- Following sessions: The session you clicked on, and all following sessions in the series, will be changed.
- All sessions: Changes will be applied to all sessions in the series.
Series are groups of recurring sessions. If you create a session and set it so it repeats four days a week for three weeks, all those individual recurring sessions form a series.
