  1. NEW AI child forecast tool to streamline the deployment of staff throughout the nursery, leveraging historical drop-off and collection times of children. With eymanage, you can rely on the system to predict the anticipated IN and OUT times for children on a given day, considering their historical drop-off and collection patterns to display the staff required at any given point in the day. This empowers you to create effective staffing schedules, adhere to child-to-staff ratios, and pinpoint potential requirements for employee recruitment.

  2. We have also given our staff scheduling screen a new look! You are now able to see more staff at once, and we're using lines to highlight if a shift is not counted in ratio, has a booking in different room or an absence recorded on the day. See the legend at the top of the screen. By clicking on the 'i' icon against each staff you will see their job title, additional roles, level, contracted hours and paid/unpaid hours for that period. Hover over the total number of child/staff scheduled to see their in/out times. 
  3. Added the staff URN to the following reports; staff details report, staff details summary report and staff emergency contact details.
  4. Payment terms have been added to the Direct Debit report so you have visibility per child.

  1. NEW Bank statement import and reconciliation! We have implemented a new and easy way to import statements straight from your bank export and the system will automatically try to suggest who that payment is for on the 'Reconcile' screen by looking at the amount and reference to match this against child name, child URN, Tax free childcare code and Voucher code. We have also implemented a smart matching feature using historical payment references to suggest matches.
    If there is more than 1 child/invoice suggested then you can click on 'Possible matches found' to see the suggestions or if the system is unable to suggest any matches then you can click on 'Find & Match' to search for an invoice/child by typing in the child's name, child URN, Tax free childcare code, Voucher code, Parent name, DD Reference or the invoice amount.

  1. Per feature publishing rights! - In this latest update to eylog we have upgraded the publishing and reviewing rights for staff profiles to work per-feature! Managers can update the rights from the staff profiles on the website which will work on the new versions of the app mentioned below:
