  1. Managers can now edit the “Hours Used” field directly when reviewing annual leave or absence requests from the branch calendar. This gives greater flexibility to adjust hours based on schedule changes or specific needs, all without leaving the request screen.
  1. You can now make full edits to all session type fields from the Edit Session action, giving you more control and flexibility when making changes. All the usual validations will still be in place to help you keep your setup accurate and consistent.

  1. You can now enter age groups using decimal values (e.g., 2.5 years) when setting up session rates. This allows for more precise session rate application, for example, a rate set for children under 2.5 years will now correctly apply until a child reaches 30 months. This improvement ensures greater flexibility and accuracy when managing age-based pricing in your session types.

  1. You will now see nominal code displayed in invoice reports where sessions and products are linked to them, this enhancement improves financial tracking and reporting. The update applies to reports like the Invoice Amount Report and has also been applied retrospectively to the past month’s invoices. Please note: Nominal codes linked to funding or payment modes are not included.
  1. Users with read-only access can now actively join conversations when needed. A new “Join” button is available in the textbox, allowing read-only users to add themselves and start messaging. Once the user joins a conversation, they’ll become a participant and have the same permissions in that specific conversation without changing their assigned read-only access for other conversations. Any one-to-one conversation they join will automatically be updated to a group conversation.

Parents can now enjoy a more personalised experience with the new My World tab in the parent app. This dedicated section allows them to easily view and update important information about their child all in one place. It’s accessible directly from the child’s profile, helping nurseries stay informed with the latest details.
