  1. Notification Settings: You can now manage your email notification preferences on the app. Tap the new Settings option in the menu to customise which email updates you receive, including categories like Financials, Communications, and Reports.
  2. Customise Future Events on Timeline: You can now choose whether to see upcoming events like holidays or planned absences directly on your timeline. Use the new “Show Future Events” option within filters to keep the timeline focused on today or look ahead when you want to. 

  3. View images in more detail: You can now pinch to zoom on photos shared in Observations, Daily Diaries, and Messages. Enjoy a smoother viewing experience with fluid gestures, allowing you to zoom in for a closer look and double-tap to reset when done.
  4. The “+” button has also been added on the Timeline screen—no need to go back to the Home screen! Add an observation, daily diary note, absence, accident/incident sheet or even a medicine form straight from the timeline just like you would do from the Home screen.

  1. To streamline how messages are managed and delivered across the platform, within System Settings > Parents you will now see a new Messages tab alongside the Conversations tab making it easier to manage messages reply and delivery settings. Within  System Settings > Parents > Messages, the existing Allow Replies to Messages (Parents) settings is now located here and a new Message Delivery settings is now included here. Choose how messages are delivered to parents from these two options, with the default set to System Messages.
    1. System Messages (Recommended – keeps messages secure within the parent app)
    2. Email (Delivers messages to the parent's inbox)
  1. To help managers stay on top of important parent communications, we have introduced email notifications for unread conversations messagesIf a message from a parent goes unread for a while, you will now receive an automatic email summary with all your unread messages grouped by conversation, making it easier to catch up without needing to constantly check the system.

  1. You can now customise your registration and child profile forms further with new toggle options within System and Global Settings. Easily include details such as Authorised to Collect, Bill Payer, Emergency Contact, Parental Responsibility, NHS Number, and Medical Details, helping you gather key parent information right from the start.
  1. To simplify admin tasks and ensure bill-paying parents get the access they need, the system will now automatically enable login creation when a parent is marked as a Bill PayerIf their Bill Payer status is later removed, their login will stay active avoiding any accidental loss of access to important information like invoices.

  1. We’ve added a Postal code field to the Public Enquiry Form to help nurseries better understand family locations and improve follow-up. If this field is set as mandatory, families will now need to enter a valid UK postcode before submitting an enquiry making it easier to assess proximity to the setting.

  1. Set email reminders when scheduling an event/interview within the Schedule An Event screen, making it easier to manage interviews and events with candidates. Within the Schedule An Event screen, there’s a new "Reminder" section where you can choose how far in advance the reminder should be sent, ranging from a few hours to several days before the event and you will have to select from your existing email templates to customise the message. These reminders once set, are sent automatically to candidates via email. If the event is cancelled, the reminder will be cancelled too. If the event is rescheduled, you’ll need to reselect and set the reminder again. This update helps streamline candidate communication and reduce the risk of missed interviews.
  1. We've made it easier to access job listings, you will now find a dedicated "Jobs" option in the left-hand navigation menu. This update simplifies your workflow by taking you directly to the Jobs page with just one click. The updated order is: Analytics, Pipeline, Jobs, and Talent Pool. Access to the Jobs menu will follow existing permissions.
