Moving an enquiry through the pipeline

Moving an enquiry through the pipeline

When you receive an enquiry, it is automatically added to the Enquiry In stage of the pipeline.

You can move an enquiry through the pipeline by dragging and dropping it to another stage. Dropping an enquiry into some stages will trigger an action. For example, dropping an enquiry into the Visit stage will bring up a pop-up prompting you to schedule a parent visit.

Performing certain actions on an enquiry’s profile will also move them through the pipeline. For example, sending a registration form to an enquiry through their profile will automatically move the enquiry to the Registration Form stage in the pipeline.

You can also drag an enquiry box to the bottom of the page, where two options will appear: Mark enquiry as lost and Enrol child. Dropping the box over one of those options will trigger its associated action.
