  1. You can now generate an Invoice Amount Report in Xero format from Reports > Standard Reports, enabling seamless CSV import into Xero and removing the need for manual invoice data entry.
  1. Sticky Labels report now include a new optional setting to control how last names are displayed. A “Show full last name” checkbox has been added to the Sticky Labels report generation screen. When enabled, the last names will appear in full on the report generated. When left unchecked, the report will continue to abbreviate last names as before (e.g., John S), supporting existing safeguarding preferences.

  1. We have improved the Newsfeed filters in the eyparent app, filters can now be applied to post category and subcategory making it easier to find relevant updates. This also includes a Reset option so filters can be quickly cleared and the full newsfeed view restored.

  1. We’ve improved the Development Matters Tracker to give nurseries deeper insight into children’s progress with a new Statement-level assessment view. You can now switch the 'Assessment Filter' to Statement, alongside the existing Area and Aspect options. This new view presents a clear, grid-style layout where statements (and observation checkpoints) are shown in rows and children are shown in columns, making it easier to review progress across a cohort at a more detailed level.

    The statement view follows the same structure and logic as the current tracker, with a collapsible hierarchy (Area > Aspect > Statement), support for Progress as of and Compare modes, and consistent colour-coded assessment values (e.g. Emerging, Developing, Secure, Not Assessed). Observation checkpoints are included within the relevant areas, aspects and statements, each clearly marked as checkpoint. 

    All existing filters continue to work as before, and the tracker supports horizontal scrolling for larger cohorts, showing each child’s name and age in months. Exports remain fully supported, with PDF and CSV downloads reflecting the full statement-level grid and assessment values.

  1. We’ve enhanced the medicine forms to record clearer, more complete medication details and support safer record keeping. The form now includes additional fields to record when medication was issued, why it’s being given, and key reference details such as batch/lot numbers. A new option also confirms whether the medicine was prescribed by a medical professional. To improve accuracy, we’ve added validation to ensure issue dates aren’t set in the future and that expiry dates always fall after the issue date.

  2. You will no longer see the “Disable PDF downloads for parents” option within System Settings > Parents as we have simplified the parent access settings by removing this option. This setting is now obsolete following the introduction of the new print function on the observation timeline, which provides a consistent way for parents to print observations.
