  1. We’ve added a new Report Templates Overview to help nurseries quickly understand the status of all summative and transition reports (templates). This feature is available on the web within Reports - Report Templates Overview. You will be able to see all reports in one place, with a view of the report types, statuses, and which children do or do not have reports generated. Apply filters for Nurseries, Rooms/Groups, Report Templates, Report Status, Child Status, Child Age, or Report Date Range to give you full control when reviewing report progress across multiple branches.
At a glance, you will see the statistics bar showing a quick view count for the different reports status available - Not Generated, Draft, Pending Review, Pending Parent Review and Completed. Each statistic can be opened to view more detailed records.
The filtered results pulls the record with child name, nursery, room, age, and report name, status and who completed it and when it was completed. Click a child name to open their profile or open an existing report that has been generated for a child directly from the list. Download filtered results as a CSV for audits, reporting, or internal tracking.

  1. Custom Birth to 5 Framework is now available across all instances. The framework is added at chain level and automatically assigned to all branches, but it is disabled by default. Nurseries can choose to enable it per branch when needed, and this will remain hidden from observations and related screens until activated.

  1. Declined staff absence requests are now visible to managers when viewing absences in eymanage. Managers can see declined requests alongside pending and approved absences, providing a clearer and more complete overview of staff absence history. Declined absences remain view-only and continue to be excluded from all calculations and entitlement logic.
  1. eyengage admins can now access the Branch Calendar to view children’s and staff birthdays across branches they have permission for. The branch calendar gives admins clearer visibility of key dates, consistent with other user roles.
