Planning sheets can only be shared with parents through the web version of eylog, after which they can view the sheet through the parent portal or parent app. Parents will only be able to see the Planned Area and Activity and Linked Resource(s) sections, which they can use to inform what the child should be working on at home.
Sharing the planning sheet with parents
In the sidebar, tap Planning > Planning Sheet.
Use the filters along the top to change which children’s planning sheets you want to see, and for which week, then tap View.
Check the box next to a child’s name to select them. Do this for as many children as you need.
In the Bulk Actions drop-down menu that appears, select Share with Parent(s).
Tap Share For Selected Children.
Removing the planning sheet for parents
In the sidebar, click on Planning > Planning Sheet.
Use the filters along the top to change which children’s planning sheets you want to see, and for which week, then click View.
Check the box next to a child’s name to select them. Do this for as many children as you need.
In the Bulk Actions drop-down menu that appears, select Remove from Parent(s).
