Sending bulk emails
Sometimes, you need to send the same sort of email to multiple people, and doing it individually is too time-consuming. Fortunately, eyenquiries allows you to send emails in bulk.
- Go to the
Messages tab for the branch you're looking at.
- Click on the Enquiries tab in the top right to see all the messages sent to and from enquiries.
- Click on the
button in the top right to create an email.
- Next to the To field, click Select Multiple Recipients.
- Use the fields to filter out who you want to receive the email.
- Check the box next to the recipients you want.
- Click Close.
- Alternatively, type the names of all the enquiries into the To field and select them from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Email Template you want to send out to all the enquiries, or write a new email.
- Click Send.
Scheduling an email
You're able to schedule an email to send automatically at a certain date through the Upcoming Activities section of the enquiry profile.
