Printing transcripts of conversations

If you'd like to keep a physical record of a conversation, we give you the option to print a complete transcript of it. 
  1. Click on the  icon in the top right. 
  2. Click on the conversation you'd like to print. 
  3. Click on  next to the conversation title, then  Print Conversation.
  4. You'll get a pop-up with a preview of how the transcript will look, complete with participant names and timestamps. 
  5. Click  Print in the top right. 
  6. Edit your print settings, then click Print
