Recommended devices

eylog and eyparent can be accessed through their respective mobile apps as well as through the web browser. For you to have the best experience with these products, it's important to follow our recommendations concerning devices, version numbers, and browsers.

Recommended devices for the eylog practitioner app
Android: Minimum Android version is 9.0; requires at least a 7” screen,
iOS: Minimum iOS version is 11.0; iPads only. 
Warning
Avoid the Amazon Fire tablet. The eylog practitioner app will run on this device, but some features won’t function properly. 

Recommended devices for the eyparent app
Android: Minimum Android version is 8.0.
iOS: Minimum iOS version is 11.0.

Recommended browsers
For browsers, we recommend using Google Chrome, though other browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc. will also work.
