eypeople comes with a list of standard reports that collate data on various aspects of the system so that you can better understand your HR needs. This article contains a list of all standard HR reports, along with a brief description of what they each do.
Bradford Factor Report: This report calculates the Bradford Factor for each employee that has taken an absence over a twelve-month rolling period. The Bradford Factor is a means of measuring worker absenteeism based on the theory that short, frequent, and unplanned absences are more disruptive than fewer longer absences. Results are colour coded with a traffic light system - green, yellow, and red.
DBS Report: Provides a list of details about DBS Certificates for every employee for which this is applicable. You can also send an email/message reminder to staff to renew their DBS Certificates from this report.
Documents Report: Provides a list of details about each employee’s or child’s documents, including a document link if one is available. Specific documents can be filtered.
Events Report: Provides a list of details about each employee’s or child’s events, including an event link if one is available. Specific events can be filtered.
Minimum Wages Report: Provides a summary of employee Pay Rates to compare their wages according to age, job title, and hours per week.
Salaried Employee Hours: Provides a summary of each employee’s contracted hours, actual hours worked, and how many hours there are left that could still be scheduled.
Employee Detail Changes Report: Provides a list of all employees who have had their profile details changed within a chosen month.
Employee Details Summary Report: Provides a summary of some key details about employees, including their qualifications. You have the option to display multiple branches, as well as inactive staff members.
Employee Diversity Report: Shows ethnic makeup percentages for one or more nursery branches.
Employee Emails Report: Provides a list of each employee’s full name, URN, email address, branch, and room.
Employee Emergency Contact Details: Provides a summary of each employee’s medical and dietary details, along with all their contact details and their next of kin.
Employee Extra Hours Reports: Compares employees’ total contract hours with their total hours worked.
Employee Holiday/Sickness Used/Balance Report: Shows details of employees' full name, email address, job role, branch, and contract entitlement, as well as providing summary of holiday and sickness entitlement used and remaining for each staff member.
Employee Hours Report - Sage: Shows how many hours each employee has worked for each week of a given month, including customisable payment references each week, and formatted so it's easier to import into Sage.
Employee Qualifications/Training Courses: This report enables you to identify gaps in training and qualifications across your nursery, and plan for future employee development. As part of this, it provides a comprehensive summary of training received, in progress, and completed, including the percentage of employees who have completed each training/qualification, and if they are due to expire.
Employee Scheduling Report: Shows scheduled sessions for each employee over a selected period of time. This can be filtered to include or exclude absences and activities. You can also unconfirm sessions from this report.
Employee Sign in out Sheet: A Sign In/Out sheet for employees that can be downloaded and printed out, including details of the the scheduled staff and their sessions times, in/out times, and a space for their signature.
Employee Training Entitlement: A summary of the training entitlement used and remaining for the year, shown alongside each employee's full name and branch.
Employee Wages - Weekly%: Tallies up the nursery’s income for a week and the wages paid to employees in the same period, and calculates what percentage of income is made up of employee wages.
Employee Wages Report: Tallies up each employee’s activities, contracted hours, hourly rate, absences, and break reduction, and calculates the wages they’re owed for the time period specified.
Tags Report: Provides a list of tags held by any employee, children, or enquiries.
WMS Report: Shows income and costs for sessions, wages, products, and services across all rooms in a nursery branch.
