eyenquiries is our enquiry-management software, designed to help you keep track of new and existing enquiries as they move along the enquiry pipeline. Through the system, you can store information about your enquiries, message them, change their status, send them registration forms, and, if you have eymanage, enrol them directly to your nursery.
What features do I get with eyenquiries?
Customise your enquiry form in settings and share the Enquiry Form URL for parents to fill out. When enquiry forms are submitted, a profile will be created based on the information supplied and added automatically to the pipeline.
Keep track of all your enquiries in one place. Drag and drop enquiries to new stages along the pipeline according to whether they've visited the nursery, been waitlisted, or received a registration form.
Automate your workflow by creating custom automation rules. When certain events are triggered, like moving an enquiry to a new stage, you can set up the system to automatically perform an action. Certain rules, like sending an email to enquiries who have scheduled a visit, are there by default.
Send messages to enquiries through their profile. Customise email templates to make communications quick and easy, or to create generic messages that can be sent automatically using workflow automation.
Add upcoming activities to the enquiry profile to remind users of actions to be taken with that enquiry. These can be phone, task, or email activities. Email activities can be used to schedule emails to be sent at a later date.
Schedule parent visits through the enquiry profile, or by dropping the enquiry into the Visit stage. Keep track of upcoming visits in the branch calendar.
Set up enquiry products and services to invoice enquiries for pre-enrolment charges through their profile.
Customise the registration form you send to enquiries that have accepted a place at the nursery. Send out the form through the enquiry profile, or by dropping the enquiry into the Registration Form stage.
If you have eymanage integration, enrol children directly into eymanage. This will automatically create a child profile using information from the registration form.
