Through eyrecruit, you can post jobs, manage candidates, arrange interviews, and send communications. Use the recruiting pipeline view you can track the progress of candidates towards being hired.
What features do I get with eyrecruit?
Create jobs directly through the system. Type up job descriptions and qualification requirements, and set up application forms that require applicants to answer questions you set. Post the job to your careers portal, or to integrated job boards like Indeed, Day Nurseries, TotalJobs and gov.uk.
Use the eyrecruit careers portal to showcase all live vacancies at your nursery. Customise the portal to match your branding, then copy the link to add to your website or share externally.
When candidates apply to jobs posted on the careers portal or on one of your integrated job boards, their profile is automatically added to the recruitment pipeline. Alternatively, you can add candidates manually by filling out their information yourself.
Add new stages to the pipeline to reflect your company's unique recruitment process, or edit existing stages. Create sub-stages to mark gradual progress through a larger stage.
Drag and drop candidates into different stages of the pipeline to mark their progress through your hiring process.
Schedule interviews with candidates through their profile and keep track of all interview meetings through the calendar.
Email candidates through their profile to keep them updated throughout the recruitment process. Take advantage of email templates to make messaging quick and easy.
Add tasks to candidate profiles to remind you of actions to be taken, or assign tasks to other users on the system.
Use automation rules to streamline the process of moving candidates through your pipeline. Set up triggers that automatically create tasks or send emails to candidates in response to certain actions, such as placing a candidate in a new stage, or disqualifying a candidate.
Use talent pools to organise candidates who have applied to your company but are not necessarily right for your current vacancies, including those that have been rejected. Store their information on the system so they can be contacted if an opportunity arises for them at a later date.
Use the Analytics screen to keep track of your recruitment statistics. Analyse application trends and conversion to pinpoint areas where your recruitment process can be improved.
